The Snell Group has taken reasonable steps to make your electronic commerce transactions with us a safe experience. A Thwate SSL certificate is utilized. Our web site is hosted on dedicated servers located in a secure datacenter. Physical access is strictly limited to datacenter personnel only.

Privacy

When you visit our website, The Snell Group obtains customer information from you. Some information is provided by you to us voluntarily. This is personally identifiable information like your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number. We do not release, sell or otherwise distribute this personally identifiable information of our customers, unless we are commanded to by legal process.

When you visit our site, other information we may receive includes an IP address, domain name, web page, the length of time at our site, portions of our site visited, and transaction information. The Snell Group may use this information for any lawful purpose including to customize our site, improve user experience, and provide you with notice of products or services we believe may be of interest to you.

Some of the information we obtain is from the use of "cookies". A cookie is a small file stored on your computer at our direction to give you a unique ID number. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information, nor can they be read or accessed from any other websites. If you refuse cookies with your browser, you may view and enjoy the site, but will not be able to complete any e-commerce with us due to shopping cart configurations.

As described above, The Snell Group will not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties. The exception to that rule is we may employ third party companies to perform functions on our behalf. These functions may include order fulfillment, package delivery, postal delivery, and credit card processing. The third parties we contract for these purposes have limited access to your personal information and may not use it for other purposes.

The Snell Group reserves the right to change or amend this privacy policy as needed without any prior notice.

Thermal Solutions & Motor Solutions Cancellation & Refunds

Payment is due in full 10 days before the start of the conference. The Snell Group accepts checks, money orders, bank drafts, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard. Purchase Orders are accepted with approved credit, and a hard copy MUST be received before attending the conference. Until payment is received, an attendee is not guaranteed a seat at the conference.

If a person cannot attend the conference, a substitute may be sent at no additional cost. If the attendee cancels greater than one week before the start of the conference, The Snell Group will refund their payment minus a $50 service fee. If a person cancels less than one week before the conference, The Snell Group will refund their payment minus a $150 service fee. For cancellations within three days of the start of the conference, or if a person does not show up at the conference, there is no refund.

Any and all disputes arising out of use of this website will be subject to the law and jurisdiction of the courts of Vermont, USA.
